Site survey

A full site survey and analysis of the site is undertaken in order to produce a scaled drawing.  This includes noting aspect, changes in level, soil analysis, position of services (pipes, drains etc), features to hide.  The site is also photographed to aid design.

If the site is particularly complex the services of a land surveyor will be employed to undertake this task.
